It was a pleasure to work with Dave on the sale of my mother’s condo. He was a joy to work with, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated the videos. He did at important stages in the process, walking me through with clear instructions. When there was an issue that needed to be addressed with the condo association, who resolved it before I even knew that there was a potential problem.

We'd been looking for a water-side home in Florida for a long time. When connected with Dave, he made sure to understand what we really wanted.
