I decided to leave Florida to be with my daughter and her family. Dave Magua appeared at my door by the request of my daughter, and he advised me of what was necessary to prepare my condo for a quick sale. I was impressed with Mr. Magua's knowledge of real estate and his ability to provide me with information on past and recent sales in my neighborhood. The preparations were made, and Mr. Magua listed my condo, and I had an interested buyer in 1 day. My neighbors were impressed, and they also wanted me to give them Mr. Magua's phone number so they could also use his knowledge and expertise to sell their units. Mr. Magua kept me informed constantly about prospective buyers and the real estate market in general. My unit was quickly sold, and I have made my move to another state and am quite happy Mr. Magua put so much effort into helping me sell my unit. I am more than pleased with the effort Mr. Magua applied to helping me complete the sale of 503 Burgundy K. I thank him with all my heart. He is a professor of Real Estate!!
