The best realtor…ever!

It was a pleasure to work with Dave on the sale of my mother’s condo. He was a joy to work with, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated the videos. He did at important stages in the process, walking me through with clear instructions. The Best of the Best

We'd been looking for a water-side home in Florida for a long time. When connected with Dave, he made sure to understand what we really wanted. He gave us the true low down on properties (location, valuation, build, etc) and was truly our advocate. When we finally found a house, we needed to move quickly and Dave made himself available over the weekend to get our offer in ASAP. We hadn't purchased a home in 18 years and never in Florida. Dave talked us through each step and made the process as painless as possible. In summary, Dave is very knowledgeable, super accessible, and really takes the time to provide the best home buying experience. We'd recommend him wholeheartedly!!
